This application is made subject to Lessor’s approval and may, without designating cause, be disapproved by Lessor; it being agreed that any such disapproval shall not be considered a reflection upon applicant. If approved, this rental Application is to be construed as part of the lease entered into and between the lessor and lessee. Applicant represents that the information contained herein is accurate and correct to the best of his/her knowledge: misinformation set forth herein shall constitute a breach of lease agreement executed, in which event, the lessor shall have the right, at it’s option, to forthwith cancel the lease, repossess the lease premises and, to the extent that it has suffered damages, consider the deposit hereunder or the security deposit posted upon execution of the lease to be forfeited. I also give authorization to Nolde Bakery Tenant, LLC to check my previous rental history and credit file for the purposes of determining approval.
The lease you will be asked to sign prohibits pets without prior approval of the lessor. If the pet is permitted, you must sign a Pet agreement and pay a ONE TIME NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $250.00. The pet must not be vicious or otherwise objectable. If you now have a pet or acquire one during the term of your lease, you acknowledge receipt of this notice and agree that failure to comply with the requirements of this lease shall be cause, at lessor’s option, for terminating the lease on five days notice to vacate your apartment and forfeit any and all deposits made.
I understand that my security deposit and any additional monies rendered will not be refunded under any circumstances if I decide to cancel my application and not rent the apartment. |
